1 major issue😒
1st thing I love the magnet its pretty darn 💪, cute design, but my major issue is that it doesn't lock shut it constantly becomes undone when I mount it with my magnet mount in my car. It becomes useless if I'm using it for gps which needs to be stationary, honestly wish I would have gotten the one that doesn't pop out like a spring lol!

Great customer service
I received the grip, put it on my phone only to find I could not close it due to manufacturing error. I contacted Cool Grips, explained the problem and within a week I received a new one! And, it works great!!
