Every FAB POPS product is covered against manufacturing defects for life. It does not matter where you bought it, Amazon, Walmart, a retail store, or fabpops.com. Register your product below to activate your coverage.
What Is Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects only: something wrong with how the product was made. Examples include a magnet that will not hold, a grip mechanism that fails under normal use, or adhesive that will not bond on first use.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from drops or accidents, misuse, or issues caused by improper installation.
How It Works
- Register your product using the form below.
- Email a photo or PDF of your receipt or order confirmation to louis@fabpops.com, with your name in the subject line. This step is required to activate your warranty.
- We will confirm your registration once we have matched your receipt to your submission.
- If a manufacturing defect ever comes up, contact us. Once approved, you pay a flat $5.99 shipping and handling fee, and we send a brand new replacement.
