- Once approved, place your order and we handle the rest: production, branding and shipping. Branded orders include a complete sample drawing for your approval before anything is produced.
Online Reseller Pricing and Listing Policy
If you resell FAB POPS® products online, the following policy applies to every listing, ad and storefront. It protects the brand, the price floor and every other reseller.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
- The price floor: FAB POPS® products may not be advertised online below our Minimum Advertised Price. Unless we give you a different MAP in writing with your price list, MAP for each model is the current price listed for that model on fabpops.com.
- Where it applies: your own website, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Google Shopping, social media, email and paid ads. It covers the advertised price, including coupons, clipped coupons, promo codes, bundles and strikethrough pricing that show a lower price before checkout.
- Your final sale price is yours: this policy governs advertising only. You set the price you actually sell at.
- Marketplace approval: listing FAB POPS® products on Amazon, Walmart or any other marketplace requires our written approval in advance.
- Listing content: use our approved product images, titles and descriptions, the FAB POPS® brand name and the patent marking. Do not list our products as generic or unbranded, or under another brand name.
- Product condition: sell only new, unused units purchased directly from us. Do not repackage, relabel, remove patent markings, or bundle FAB POPS® products with other products without written approval.
- No transshipping: do not supply FAB POPS® products to unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.
- If the policy is not followed: we may cancel your authorized reseller status, stop filling your orders, and report the listing to the marketplace. Patent and trademark enforcement is separate and still applies.
This is a unilateral policy adopted by FAB POPS®. It is not negotiated, we do not seek or accept agreement to it, and we may change it at any time in writing.

The FAB POPS® phone grip is protected by US Patent 11,320,089 B2 (Utility), US Patent D919,963 S (Design) and US Patent D1,107,416 S (Design), owned by Louis F. Fabec. FAB POPS® and AIRPOP Technology® are registered trademarks.
FAB POPS® grips, including every wholesale unit, are made only by FAB POPS® or under its written authorization. A wholesale order gives you the right to resell the units you purchase from us. It does not grant any license to make, have made, copy, reproduce or reverse engineer the FAB POPS® grip or any part of its design, or to buy the same design from any other source.
Any unauthorized manufacture, reproduction, import, offer for sale or sale of the patented design is prohibited and may infringe our patents. FAB POPS® actively enforces its patent and trademark rights.
